Terms and Conditions

  1. We will take all care to ensure that there is no leakage on the rooftop on account of the installation of the rooftop solar plant.
  2. Commissioning of the plant will be basis signoff from the local DISCOM, MSEB, SNDL. We will assist in coordinating and facilitation permissions from MSEB but the time taken will be a function of MSEB deputing its personnel to qualify and give go ahead for switching on the plant.
  3. We will give you 1-year Free Assessment, Consultation & Service Regarding Solar Roof Top System & Billing.
  4. Post signing off the contract and receiving the advance payment, order will not be cancelled under any circumstances.
  5. Payment will not be refunded against the cancellation of order at any stage.
  6. During the natural calamities, riots or any other unforeseen event, lead time may extend till situation becomes normal and The Company is not liable to make any kind of compensation including cash payment, discount etc.
  7. Legal disputes, if any will be the under exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Nagpur.
